I booked a cheap flight the pricing felt straightforward. The fare breakdown was easy to understand, and while paying extra for bags is never my favorite thing, I appreciated that it was shown clearly instead of being buried somewhere later in the process.

I like that there’s no confusion with the bags. It just makes things easier to grab and keep organized, and there’s something about it that feels really simple and straightforward.

"Cheap fare, but I’m not sure I’d fully trust it again"
I booked SkyUp Airlines mostly because it was cheaper than the other options. The flight itself was basic but fine, and there weren’t any major problems. For what I paid, it did feel like a decent deal. That said, the whole experience didn’t exactly make me feel super confident in the airline long term. It was okay this time, but I’d probably be a bit more cautious before booking again.

"Flight changed, then cancelled"
My flight was changed first, which was already frustrating because I had planned everything around the original time. Then it ended up being cancelled altogether, and I felt like I was suddenly losing time, money, and the plans I’d counted on. I get that things happen, but the whole experience left me stressed and unsure if I’d want to risk booking with them again.

"Better legroom than I expected"
Flew with SkyUp recently the cabin was decent. It didn’t feel too cramped, which was a nice surprise. The legroom was better than I expected too, though after a few hours it still got a bit tight. Small win for me though: I managed to get through the flight without feeling totally squished.

"Uncomfortable seats"
Flew SkyUp and the seat was rough. Tiny legroom, hard cushion, back felt like a board. I’m not even tall and my knees were jammed the whole time. After 30 minutes my back hurt and I couldn’t get settled. Maybe fine for a quick hop, but I wouldn’t choose them again if comfort matters

I used skyup.aero to check in online and it went smoothly. The site loaded fast, which I always appreciate because I have zero patience for travel websites freezing right when you need them. I got my boarding pass without any major issues, so that was a relief. The only thing is, a couple of steps weren’t super clear, and I found myself going back and double-checking my details like, wait, did I enter that right? But in the end it did what I needed it to do and definitely saved me time at the airport. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Okay for a short flight, but I was a bit disappointed"
I flew with skyup last month, the plane was mostly okay, but it didn’t feel as clean as I hoped. The seats were a little worn, though thankfully not dirty. My tray table had some crumbs on it, which was kind of annoying, so I just wiped it down myself. The bathroom was the part that really bothered me. About halfway through the flight, there was paper on the floor and the sink area was messy. The cabin crew walked by a few times, but it didn’t really seem like anyone took care of it. It wasn’t a terrible flight by any means, and for a short trip it was manageable, but I still felt a bit let down. I expected things to be kept a little cleaner.

Flew with SkyUp Airlines recently the flight itself was totally fine. No real complaints there. The baggage part was more frustrating though. My suitcase did arrive, but it took ages to show up on the belt, and when it finally came out, the handle had a small scratch on it. Nothing major, but still annoying. I also felt a bit passed around while waiting because staff didn’t really give us clear info or seem to know what was going on. Not the worst travel experience I’ve had, but definitely something they could improve.

"Payment was such a hassle"
My card got declined twice, but then I ended up getting charged anyway. Support took way too long to respond, and I had to sit around waiting for the refund to be sorted out. if this happens again, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else.

"Refund Came Through, But It Took a While"
I had to cancel my flight and request a refund. The money did eventually go back to my card, so that part was fine, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Customer support was a little slow too. Was it the worst experience ever? No. Could the whole process be easier and faster? Absolutely.

"Nice crew, even when I felt rushed"
The cabin crew were really friendly and kept smiling the whole time, which helped a lot. I was feeling a bit pressured and rushed during the flight, but their calm attitude made everything feel easier and more relaxed.

I’m not totally sure what was going on, but there didn’t seem to be any clear lines and the staff looked a bit confused. I ended up waiting way longer than I expected, which was frustrating.

"Okay flight, but the service felt off"
The flight itself was fine, nothing really went wrong there. But the staff just didn’t come across as very professional. At check-in, I kept thinking, okay, maybe they’re just having a busy day, but they were short with me and not very helpful when I asked basic questions. No one was exactly rude, but it definitely felt like they didn’t want to deal with anything extra. The cabin crew had the same kind of vibe too, like they seemed annoyed most of the time. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible trip, but i did expect the service to be better.

It was easy enough to use, but fair warning, the pages loaded slowly for me. Not the worst experience, but if you’re in a hurry or get frustrated waiting around, it might be annoying
